Online orders

Shopify Online Store

Customer-facing storefront for sale items. Online sale orders are completed in Shopify Checkout; rental customers use Booqable for availability, booking and payment.

Shopify POS

In-store selling, returns, exchanges and assisted (staff-created) orders. POS shares the same customer, product and inventory records as the online store.

Easy Scan

Barcode-driven warehouse app for receiving, picking, packing, put away, stock movement tracking and shipping. Easy Scan is the only approved way to change warehouse stock.

Booqable

Manages rental products, booking dates, availability, duration, rules and checkout for party and event equipment. Booqable is the source of truth for rental bookings and rental payments.

Payment layer for Shopify online sales, POS and assisted orders. Handles authorisations, captures and refunds for sales; rental payments are managed separately in Booqable Checkout.
